Violy Academy Account
Music academies, music schools, and music conservatories can apply for academy account on Violy App, which allows music academy admins to manage music student groups, remote music classes, and music education progress easier with the listed features:

Customized App Opening Picture
The academy owner can upload the app opening picture, and every member in the academy will have the same app opening effect.
Academy admins can also set a logo and a banner for the academy. It can be confirmed on the Academy page (“Me” > “I’m a teacher” > “Academy” > “Academy”).
Academy Members
Once the academy account has been activated, the account owner can enter the “Members” page (“Me > “I’m a teacher” > “Academy” > “Members”) to add Violy App users to the academy.
The members in the academy can be grouped directly without inviting, which is different from the way of adding members to the private group. Adding people to the academy is similar to adding friends on WhatsApp, or any other message apps.
To add a teacher, please enter the teacher’s Violy account (without country code or blank space) beside the “Add teacher” button, and click on “Add teacher”.
To add a student, please enter the student’s Violy account (without country code or blank space) beside the “Add student” button, and click on “Add student”.
You can also add members to the academy by sending the invitation link of an academy group (find more info in “Academy Groups”).
Academy Admins
After adding a teacher, the owner of the academy can set the teacher as an admin of the academy account. An admin is also allowed to add/remove people to/from the academy, create academy groups, and schedule “Live Class” lessons (“Classroom” > “+Create”).
The “Academy” page (“Me” > “I’m a teacher” > “Academy”) is only accessible for the owner and the admins.
However, an admin can only be promoted by an owner. An admin can not set another admin.
Academy Groups
Academy groups can be created by the academy owner and the admins.
After entering the “Groups” page (“Me” > “I’m a teacher” > “Academy” > “Groups”), you can click on “+ New Group”, input “Group name”, and select a “Group Owner” from the academy teachers to create a new group.
Once the group is created, even if the academy owner and the admins are not the group owner, they can still manage the group on the “Groups” page.
The created group will be displayed on the “Students” page on its teachers’ sides.
If the group owner is not the academy owner, nor an admin, the group owner can only manage the group on the “Students” page (“Students” > “Groups”).
The members in the academy group will be automatically synchronized to the academy members, which means that it is possible to add academy members by sending an invitation link (“Students” > “Groups” > “Invite students”) of the academy group.
On the “Overall” page (“Me” > “I’m a teacher” > “Academy” > “Overall”), the academy owner and the admins can check the practice progress (Audition and Note-by-note) and the practice rank.
Unified Account for Live Class Pro
All of the cost generated by academy groups is taken from the balance of the academy account (“Me” > “I’m teacher” > “Academy” > “Academy”).
